Artwork Guidelines
We prefer Illustrator files saved as an EPS (be sure to outline or include all fonts). Once we receive your files, we can fax or email you an electronic PDF proof. Imprint area—please allow 1/4" margin from edges of product. For artwork with a bleed, please allow 3/16" from edge of border. Emailed templates available upon request. Email art files to art@bloominpromotions.com.
Additional services: Second side printing: On printed seeded paper add 30% (A). On printed card stock add 20% (A). With larger quantities please call for a quote as printing costs depend on artwork. Envelope printing - $ .20 per envelope (A). All products will be printed on a coated white card stock unless otherwise stated. Earthy, uncoated paper is also available.
We can pack any of our products however you like. Call for quotes on cello bags, raffia ties and more.
Seed mix: Our paper is packed with seeds! The more seeds the more flowers. Typically we include a hearty mix of annual and perennial wildflower seeds that are sure to grow across all growing regions (just follow the directions for planting). Custom mixes are also available including forget-me-not, petunia, zinnia, marigold, blue spruce, kentucky blue grass, herbs, peppers, vegetables and others. Subject to possible up charges and minimums.
Stock paper colors: We offer bright and bold seed paper in Cranberry red, terra cotta, white, yellow, burgundy, forest green, teal, blue, and violet. (see below) When printing directly on our seed paper, we recommend white seed paper. Custom colors are available but subject to minimum quantity requirements.
Set Up charges: Standard set up per printed side is $35 (G). Custom die shapes are available, call for die making quotes.
Pre-production samples are also available for $40 plus the standard set up fee.
Turnaround times: Our turnaround time is fast, generally within 10 working days from receipt of approved artwork. Rush service is available but subject to surcharge and express shipping costs.
Samples: Assorted and specific samples are available upon request. Please provide a fed ex, UPS or credit card # for expedited samples. All orders are shipped FOB from our facility.
